GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This is a HEAVY DUTY – .9 Amp, “Plug & Play” replacement motor kit that is designed specifically for LOPI & AVALON Pellet Stoves that use the quick change style blower motors. This 9 Petal deep Impeller and motor assembly is air matched with the OEM performance. It is not a cheap “off the shelf” so called “Universal” or “Generic” open C-Frame motor that typically requires several modifications to get to work with your stove. This replacement kit comes complete so you don’t have to mess around with the terminal connections on the lead wire ends. You also don’t have to bother with attempting to remove the old fan impeller blade from the old motor, because this comes with a new one already mounted and correctly positioned. Normally when you attempt remove the old fan impeller blade, the rust, corrosion and heat from the exhaust prevent it from coming off very easily. If you are lucky enough to be able to get it off at all, chances are pretty good that it will be bent in the process. If you reuse the bent fan impeller blade, it will cause typically cause vibrations which will significantly shorten the life of the motor bearings.
